first post....
Can you believe it is almost 2023? Like most, sometimes it still feels like I am stuck in 2020. Surreal.
The past few months I got into a new fandom, DC comics. This fandom has been really surprising to me, since this is the first fandom where I am participating more in creating, and I am making more and more friends!
Furthermore, on the topic of the new year.... new year resolutions! I know most people find the concept of new year resolutions a little bit silly, and that most of the time people completely fail to uphold their new year resolutions. But I have a feeling (hope I don't jinx it) that this new year is going to be better for me. I always struggled with possible neurodivergency, and have struggled especially with proving that I might be neurodivergent, and that it is worth looking into. One of the most frustrating things about being a teenage (mostly) girl, is that people are slower to believe that you are neurodivergent. But people are starting to notice, and more importantly, they want to help me. My creative drive is slowly coming back again. All in all, I am cautiously hopeful for this new year.
( my ongoing list of new year resolutions )
